Email our support team at [email protected]. Include your company name, the email address you use to sign in to Stak, and a short description of the issue (screenshots help). We aim to reply within one business day.

You need access to Account Settings in Stak and an Intuit sign-in with admin access to the QuickBooks Online company you want to connect.

1. Sign in to Stak and open Account Settings.
2. Under Accounting Software, select QuickBooks Online and click Connect to QuickBooks.
3. Sign in with your Intuit account and choose the QuickBooks Online company to connect.
4. Review the permissions and click Connect to authorize Stak.
5. You'll be returned to Stak, which prompts you to run your first sync.

You can disconnect at any time, from either Stak or QuickBooks Online.

From Stak:

1. Sign in to Stak and open Account Settings.
2. Under Accounting Software, click Disconnect from QuickBooks and confirm.

From QuickBooks Online:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin.
2. Go to Apps > My apps.
3. Find Stak and choose Disconnect.

• Stak's access to your QuickBooks Online company is revoked, and Stak stops reading from or writing to it.
• Nothing is deleted from QuickBooks Online. Records Stak previously created there remain in your QuickBooks company.
• Data already synced into Stak stays available in your Stak account so your project and financial history remains intact. You can reconnect at any time to resume syncing.
• To have Stak delete the QuickBooks Online data it holds, email [email protected] from an account administrator's address.
